Absolutely amazing experience!

Victor was amazing in every was imaginable! It was our first time buying a house, and he helped us get up to speed on all the steps and pitfalls to avoid with all aspects of finding, negotiating, buying, and even settling into our new home. When we were still searching, he picked us up and drove us around to look at homes, was very prompt and fast to respond to messages, was very forthcoming and honest about his opinion, didn’t sugarcoat anything, and was always very polite and professional. He even brought us drinks and snacks to have on the days driving around looking for our new home. He had a nice balance of offering up properties he thought were a good fit for our specific needs, but also accommodated to look at places we were finding on our own too. Victor has a bunch of great connections for handymen to work on upgrades to properties, inspectors to come and assess any work that needs to be done in the concessions process, and worked really well to communicate with both escrow and the funding agency we worked with. Overall: Victor is a very well rounded and talented real estate agent, who we instantly connected with on a level akin to friendship, on top of the expected professionalism. Would definitely recommend using Victor for any of your home buying or selling needs if he is available!
